The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

im gonna have to agree that friday was as much fun as ive had all year. if youre bored with the same runs b/c of the crap weather we've had, gotta learn to ski/ride them in different ways! if youre cruising down making the same turns in the same fashion of course its gonna be dull...there were about 5-6 perfectly shaped sidehits on upper shawnee in a row, so much fun. even if jumping isnt your thing, just snaking in and out of the berms is fun. ride switch, try short choppy turns instead of big long ones, go fast, go slow, butter, race a friend, slalom some gapers, hit a park feature, act a fool! was stoked to ride 50 degree weather friday, and im stoked to ride 10 degree weather tomorrow with blowers, high winds, etc. etc....if im on the hill im having fun, never a bad day. big thanks to beech for making the best of what weve gotten so far.

carvebeast, you got some good points. I do need to change things up a little to get a little more excitement with what is offered.

I am looking forward to tomorrow as well - should be decent skiing.

Heyyyyy, he's entitled to a vacation, right?

...and to needing a bleach touch-up, right?

...and to let his beer gut hang out, right?

...and to not wear loud flashy gear, right?
