The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard
The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.
We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

Well right after I posted that about powder bowl being open, ski patrol closed it off for some reason. There's a couple thin spots but no reason for closing it off entirely. Gonna be a lot of pissed ppl. There's a big air comp tomorrow so it should DEFINITELY be open tomorrow!

jess, will p.bowl and the jump line be open before the big air comp or is it gonna be roped off for the competition only? i dont wanna have to wait until 1 o clock to lap it, that would be hella lame....how did it look today? any pics?

Bummer I was hoping for an update to see if they actually could make a decent jump this year. Guess I will have to find out tomorrow

Nobody at beech today, ski right on the lifts
Lots of brown in the rail garden but no problem with speed on most of the bonks/jibs at the top
Jumps in pb are not bad, speed is a minor issue but blame that on the soft snow (and mud and unwaxed skis)

Park was a wasteland today. Features were still out but approaches and landings look like they got shelled by mortars over the week. Might be a while. Not much snow being blown in meadows. Good snow being made on PB.
