We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

^^^lol. I wish 7 springs was an hour away. I have heard it is short, but that may be people who think anything less than 1500 ft vert is short.

Interesting, 7Springs has the vert and length, and width (!), for all their trails listed on their website.

For comparison, Beech is 830 vert and Sugar is 1200. Western Territories at SS is 1500, with the rest around 800, longest run 1.5 mile, 244 acres, average snowfall 180". Overall, 7Springs says 750 vert, longest run 1.25 mile, with 286 acres, average snowfall 135".
2023-24: Wolf Creek in Dec, Massanutten in Jan, Feb; GT, Big Sky; Crested Butte; Alta/Snowbird in April.

I am going to get up there one day. I have been seriously thinking about it the last couple of years. If I could get extra time off for a longer trip I would hit it after Wisp this year on the same trip.

Droog

Of course, but that's the case for all resorts in the SE imo. Even Cup's 1500' gets boring after a few laps. I just accept it and enjoy the goods, then head to CO or VT for some vert.

7Spring's terrain difficulty is also on par with other SE resorts. They do have a good variety of bumps and trees across the mountain. While I'm not one to use parks, they seem to be recognized for their quality and quantity of parks.

I'm just a beginner when it comes to the glades but I noticed several glade areas. Some are prolly on their map, others just glades between trails.

Well seeing this report has me all excited to head over to Seven Springs! Thanks for sharing. Season pass holders to ANY mountain can get a FREE lift ticket on Mondays in March. On this PDF about season pass rates check out the "Season Pass Mondays in March" heading next to the guy on the snowboard for information: http://www.7springs.com/brochure/winterseasonpass.pdf Looks like I'll have to get sick one of the first three Mondays in March to use my Snow Trails pass there.
