The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Quick UTAH smash up TR

This is the spot to post your trail and trip reports. Please notify [email protected] when you do so that we can feature the better ones on the front of the website.

I think this is your chute from the chair beside that cliff band center left?

the trees I'm talking about are way over skiers right of the chair -- you can just see the lift in the distance thru a gap --- God I loved that place

y'all must be blowing up the other board w/ pictures cause not many are making it up here

I didn't take many pictures, and most of them were virtually worthless.

Your looking for the chute on the wrong side of the Summit Chair. Just before you reach the top of Summit - the lift goes through a swale - with the blue run going through the middle. To your right, on the Honeycomb Canyon side, before the swale, is a set of chutes.

Well this is another reason why I should have timed my trip when all of you were there --these finer points could have been made clear. I wanted to actually but the timing closed and I had to go earlier, or not go west at all
