The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

THIS ----

So I got here monday afternoon got checked in and got my all lifties and everything for tuesday skiing. Skied all day Tuesday and had a good time. It was not bad even with the lack of snow. No lines at all. They did get 2 inches monday. They had 528 acres of their 752 open.

This is like reading a report of an account of how paint peels -- you go to Killington but are so destitute that you do not possess a camera?

Maybe I will email you some pics and you can post them. scripts and tags and htms or whatever I have no idea what any of that means. I do now how to post pictures to FB so maybe I can just upload some to the Ski SE FB page.

it is not hard, anyone can do it, birds do it, bees do it, even flowers and the trees do it.

You did it -- and I'm glad you are out there, it looks sweet

OK, whatever, KellyK -- I read it all and it sounds pretty cool, I think you may be on your way home now but I hope you did get a chance to ski at Pico (and to take some pictures there,) the trees would be amazing even after a moderate storm -- I went uphill through them last year

Thanks to MommehK for posting those 2 pics for me :)

And let me say I'm sorry. I'm very very sorry.

I do have a camera with with me, but wait for it....I don't have to the cord to download the pics from it to my Macbook. I can say with absolute certainty that I did use it. As a mater of fact I probably took more pics at Pico today than I did at Killington all week with the heavy wind and clouds there were not that many great pics to be had at the K (although I have a few). I believe my PIco pics will look pretty good. You may get to see them one day, that is If I don't get booted off the site for worst TR ever, and secondly, you are still reading this next week, which I doubt. I know you kids have short attention spans. The pics will be added by next weekend, after I email then to my new helper MommehK. I know that's pathetic, but at least I do know how to email as of last week! Think baby steps, itty bitty baby steps...

Hey, I am a busy guy that is just not smart enough to figure all this new technology crap out. Do yo have something against handicapped people like myself? I mean you kids now days with your transistor radios err... I think you call them "Sony walkman" now (whatever that is) are just spoiled. I would tell you about my day at Pico and the foot of snow we got but I am sure you would fall asleep without any pics so I wont bother you sonny boy (aka David ski)!

I have never been called sonny boy before -- it makes me feel so young

But yeah I'll get off my high horse, because I am definitely interested in what is was like to ski Pico on an epic powder day. I'm also going to open my own thread about posting pictures from Photo bucket, no sarcasm, it really might help
