There are not enough words to describe the time we had! This story includes everything! Carnage of the vehicular and human kind, powder, great snow, thousands of laps and most importantly, forever friendships.

Arrived after lunch on Friday, skied Soaring Eagle until close then Silver Creek for the night session. Saturday skied the front side until midmorning and then moved to the Western Territories, then on to Silver Creek in the afternoon. Then a party! Sunday more front side and Western madness. Sadly, we had to leave for the real world , but the Captain America Summit is with us forever!

Onto the pictures in mostly chronological order. Not as many snow pictures as I would like but it was about 12 degrees.

Glad to see all the pics, and more importantly all the camaraderie!

I was there Wednesday through Friday and did see the Captain America helmet.

The slopes really picked up a lot of traffic on Friday compared to earlier in the week and it seemed like Snowshoe was going to have a busy weekend. Even Western Territory picked up traffic Friday afternoon.

Was there ever much of a lift line wait at the Western Territory on Saturday and Sunday?

There was a line at WT both Saturday and Sunday but not unbearable. The front side of SS was very crowded 10:30 but not nearly as bad as I expected with the exception of Powder. Monkey which had up to 45 minute wait at times. There was never a line at Silver Creek and that was where the best snow was. Friday night had the most incredible conditions with even a few pow stashes left on the sides.

Dang Kenny, I thought I had a new Burton jacket! Coming to Beech on Friday so I will trade for a t-shirt. ;)
