The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Woke up and got out of the door about 10am to swing over to Asheville to get some food around noon and hit Sugar around 2:30pm. Got a day/twilight ticket to get me enough time to enjoy myself.

Well, as expected, the lines were pretty busy, but not too terrible for a weekend crowd.

The snow was everywhere around the mountain! This was awesome for an end of season scenery. It seemed like people were poaching lift lines every now and then.

You can only see some bare spots. Not too shabby.

Yea you can see some bare spots from Boulder Dash too. The snow was nice and soft though, so I can't complain.

Whoop was pretty awesome. Too bad they aren't open for night session.

All in all, the snow was pretty loose in the day and it got compacted after the groomer ran over it for the twilight session. It got nice and soft after people rode over it couple of times though. Sugar got visited by some natural snow at the night session too!

Terrain park had three boxes and cannon pipe. Had some fun on the boxes at night when there weren't any lift lines at the bottom. Go get some runs at Sugar while you can!
