The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

Carvebeast, GrizzlyEnton, and I went exploring on Beech Saturday. It was fun. Hiked Southern Star a few times then rode down the road on the backside of the mountain.

Parkway was a winter wonderland.

Hiking up.

Looking down Southern. Windloaded in a lot of spots.

Rode down the side of the road. Got a little tow when I hit flat areas.

I could tell they were sharp, and definitely not iPhone :D

I've had good experience with the low light/auto stablization feature. Make sure you have the camera flash set to Auto, and HDR turned on. It's best for Sunset/Sunrise when you don't want to wash out the background with the flash.

But other than that, it can be cumbersome when trying to snap a quick pic and it makes you hold still for exposure. Also - after using that feature, open the picture up in the studio and use the auto enhance to make the picture pop even more.
