Really nice TR, some good info. for when I finally do make it to CB.
I love having pictures and names of runs because then I can go to a Trail map and get a better feel of the mountain -- and daydream. East River Express looked like it would have interesting but short tree runs
Where is horseshoe, I couldn't find it? Also what are the huts like at CB, even though I am not as safety conscious as I once was I still love warming huts --LL still has the best I've seen in bounds

Horseshoe is marked as a black diamond with a C under it. The West Wall is marked as Keystone Ridge on the map to keep it from confusing people with the relatively new west wall lift. It is a black diamond with an A under it.
The huts are not so much huts as large buildings. The Paradise Warming Hut is a cafeteria with bathrooms and a necessity store with a huge nice deck. It is at the bottom of the Paradise lift. Uley's Cabin is more upscale and is a beautiful little place at the bottom of the Twister lift. I've heard it is pretty pricey. The only other hut I can think of is Camp 4 Coffee at the top of the Painter Boy lift. I highly recommend it, although the inside is tiny.
The trees at East River are really great. The Bakery Glades between Lower Gallowich and Lower Treasury are a pain to get to and pretty steep once you get in them. The glades to the left of Resurrection are pretty flat at the top, but drop off into an open area and then more glades. My favorites were to the right of Double Top they kind of formed a chute and were not too flat or too steep for me. There were also nice glades to the left of Crystal on the Silver Queen lift.
Hope you can make it out some day. It is a really neat place.
