The End of an Era...We are Shutting Down the Messageboard

The messageboard is now in read-only mode and no new posts or topics can be created. We will leave the messageboard up for historical purposes, but you will not be able to make new posts or comment on existing ones.

We have started a Discord server and hope that you all will join us on there. Technology has changed over the years and maintaining the messageboard has become somewhat of a pain in the butt and Discord offers many features for users, the main one being a very polished mobile app.

We really hope you all will join us on Discord and think you will like the platform. Use the invite link below to join.

I think that's Beano's Cabin, a very exclusive on-mountain restaurant.

Beaver Creek > Vail in my opinion 99% of the time. The only instance when it's not is when Vail gets a ton of snow and BC gets skunked.

+3 - Skied Vail, Copper, Breck, Keystone, Loveland, Steamboat. Beav is at or near top of the list for me.

+4. Try parking on the road in front of Safeway & take the free bus. Just remember which bus to get back... I think they have a few routes.

I like Vail better, mostly because of Blue Sky Basin. I just love the Big Rock Park run. I am not a black diamond rider, so maybe that harder terrain is what folks like better at BC? vail is much bigger and seems to have more variety, in my opinion.

I just got back from the Vail Valley (4 at Vail, 2 at BC). At BC, I saw some of the super-g race and met Ted Ligety in the bathroom. Rode in 10+" of pow on the last morning at Vail.
