definitely better than App
I thought you might like it! Glad you had a good time. And you hit the nail right on the head...not a great deal of vertical but it's much better than it looks from a distance! I also like the way it is spread out. Many of the NC resorts, and Ober for that matter, funnel the entire population into the same area.

To give a more complete answer, Cinti. is located in the southwest corner of Ohio. The area is known as "the tri-state" because all three states are right there! When you drive to Perfect North from here, you will go through KY, into IN, and through a small piece of OH too! PN is located in IN just a couple of miles from both KY and OH.
When we go with the whole family we usually stay in the red roof inn near florence because they have a stay and ski deal that is pretty good.

I loved that place when I went a few years ago. I had a buddy that instructed there and it was back when I had my AASI level one so I rode two sessions for free. One on my free AASI hookup and the other on his employee hookup. I liked it because they had a late night session and I was able to ride till early AM. About half way through I took a nasty fall on a rail that shifted in the snow under me. Didn't realize it at the time but I got a small fracture in my left tibia from it. Still rode the rest of the night, but when I went to take my boot of MAN was my leg swollen! Still a lot of fun and I'd go back again if it wasn't so far away.

Perfect North is a good little hill. Because the way it faces it doesn't get too windy anywhere right of center stage and not really too bad even to the left of it. and the lifts are generally trouble free and fairly quick compared to say... Sugar
