That was supposed to be this week- snow situation up there is so bad, my friend told me would be best to bail.

...and by bail, I mean "ski pow in UT for 10 days instead" :D

today was a great day of pow skiing. I was completely beat from the last couple days of skiing and skinning but it was worth it. We skied silver fork in all time pow and explored a few areas I haven't been into yet. EC was a beast and broke trail through some deeep snow in some pretty tight/steep trees so my tired a$$ could make it up. And its supposed to snow for the next 3 or 4 days... lame right? EC took great pics, I did get a couple of him but I'll let him post them at his leisure

I'll second that. Rob is a skin-track machine and he takes some good photos on the way down. Glad he got his just desserts after so-so snow on the last trip.

Hey Rob, have you gotten to use the Billy Goats yet? If your goliath feet fit into the bindings, you should give them a shot. With a 191 coming out next year, it should be your go-to pow ski for resorts. Not kidding.

No, but I keep eyeing skiing_rules. I'm done with the 138s in the BC after this season- skinning on them is terrible, and today was the last straw. Next year its Billy Goat, Vicik, 112RP, something like that. We summited Sup with a guy on the carbon 112RPs and dynafits, and they were sick light.

Get Billy Goats. Just ask skiing_rules. The 191s will be perfect for you.

Tell all those *******s in Utah thanks for stealing all of our snow. Quit seeding the damn clouds out there!

EC knows the BG's are sick skis, I Keep catching him staring...I think. I couldn't be happier with them, recently I've learned that high speed straightlines into chowder are not only no problem, but extremely fun.
